13. Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders promptly.

Requests to correct an address, change an item, or cancel an order should be sent to service@udgfeh.asia within 12 hours of purchase.

We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.

Once a package has been transferred to a carrier, the order generally cannot be canceled. Any eligible return must then be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Processing and delivery periods are estimates. Actual arrival times may be affected by carriers, customs authorities, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, regional restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Some products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations. Items from one order may therefore arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for the shipment transfers according to the carrier’s delivery records and the terms applicable to the order.

Nothing in this section limits consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must request authorization before sending a product back. Packages returned without approval or sent to an unauthorized address may be refused.

Products must satisfy the stated eligibility and condition requirements. Bedding, linens, towels, pillowcases, mattress-related products, and other hygiene-sensitive items may have additional return restrictions after use, washing, or removal of protective packaging.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Our online store uses Shopify’s technology to provide e-commerce and checkout functionality.

Purchases made through our store are transactions between the customer and The Brass Bed, Fine Linens & Furnishings. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by 𝑝𝑙𝑚𝑘𝑛ℎ™ and does not control our product selection, fulfillment, customer service, returns, or warranties.
